This is a short story on how we combined our technical skill, creativity, expertise in our client’s industry and a single good idea – and turned it into one of the more clever instances of B2B communication you’ll see this year.
Something different – Our “Pilsner Pitch”
It started with our team having a crack at brewing our own beer. Once brewed, we had to decide what to do with it – and we kept coming back to the idea that we wanted to use it to share our ideas with our clients.
What we came up with was a client communication campaign showcasing the power of targeted messaging, as a label. We tasked our in house designer, Vee, the job of designing the label template. Vee created the label, our account managers crafted the messages and off we sent our limited edition Excel Digital 4 pack to our clients – The Pilsner Pitch.
We were really proud of the result – and our clients really loved the idea. The Pilsner Pitch is also an award winner, winning a Gold Medal for Innovation at the 2017 Pride In Print Awards – we can’t say the same about the beer itself, but in our opinion, it didn’t taste too shabby.
